PARENT School Experience Survey
This flyer includes TWO QR codes:
1. One QR code takes you to the survey itself. At the end of the survey, there will be a certificate that says you have submitted the survey.
2. The second QR code is for Parents to upload the pdf or screenshot of the certificate so that students can receive an advisory grade for this assignment and parents can be entered into a raffle to earn a prize.
